KL will rebound

KL will rebound Ive seen this game played too many times.  6 months ago, KL was the envy of every miner.  Unprecedented grades, good managemant, all the brokers had "top pick" and buy.  It rallied strong to the mid 60s.   With the purchase of detour , there were ETF/funds  that had to liquidate and others that had to rebalance.  This selling pressure allowed the shorts to jump on board.  Dont kid yourself, the brokers and investement banks jumped on the short side.  They know that KL is a Tier 1 miner, and they new shares would be stopped out with the selling pressure.

KL can purchase up to 20 million by May, 7 million of which is through a broker.  With the broker purchases, shares can be bought for cancellation at any time, outside of typical black out periods so it can continue to issue press releases that contain material change.  This allows KL management to set a floor price and that will negate downside risk and buoy the price. I really think some of that happened today.   With the probability of share price downward trend reduced, shorts will cover.  Any positive news , particularily drill results,  this will explode to the upside.
