Let me guess.

This is what I believe. There is a certain result obtain with the SBM skin lightener but not quite there yet. Rodan & Fields will use it in Japan because nothing this is the only thing they can use. That is why there is no paper from Dr Draeos. Hopefully the increase dosage will increase the effiencency on the SBM skin lightener.
