Given the small size of TH, I would think the board gives management the authority to hire an IR person and management has the authority to implement the hire when they think best. Luc is on the board and is CEO, so we ahve some crossover in that respect. As far as I know, the position has not been advertised but I do know they have been talking to candidates since late last year. So they are looking and we likely will get a decision soon. But I would ahve said the same thing in early January.
