RE:Where Do We Go From Here?

RE:Where Do We Go From Here?I believe the crux of the dispute between CVM and Global is that Peter is not prepared to give up control of Global's affairs to the CVM board. This must be the conflict of interest scenario that the Exchange has identified. I doubt Peter will prevail and he will sign onto what he agreed to but the longer he waits the more jeopardy we are in. I hope that rogues gallery on Global are not all still on the payroll. The auditors must have highlighted that fact...no wonder Global voted against retaining them.

The new board now has control, Peter is on a slippery slope. With the backing of the Exchange the board can force a resolution, it is only a matter of time before Peter complies, surely he is being advised by cooler heads to just sign on. His actions appear to have been at least corrupt and possibly illegal according to auditors and the Exchange. The last thing we want, or he should want is a protracted and costly legal battle.
