Dixie and Herbal Enterprises

Dixie and Herbal Enterprisesare working on a deal for Dixie to ramrod beverages for Herbal.  Herbal is under the AriZona umbrella.  Not sure why it was structured this way but it could be because of the US Fed situation, blackballing the listings for publicly traded companies that handle the product or touch the product.  Not that anybody but Dixie Brands are publicly traded, but it could be in the future for AriZona who are already a well established drink giant worth $3 billion.  Dixie has been around for a long time and have done some heavy lifting with their product lines.  100 skus on shelves covering all the delivery forms for cannabinoids are things that takeover specialists are looking for.  The value of that is hard to determine, but there is value and could lead to a takeover at multiples of current shareprice.  jmho, glta  and dyodd
