RE:Illegal Dispensaries

RE:Illegal DispensariesThe situation in New Brunswick is a complete and utter joke..I am in the capital city and illegal dispensaries are everywhere it seems, and they are able to flourish without being shut down once and for all...like you said..they get served with a notice, close their doors for a few days and they are right back at it..there is one in particular I can think of that is less than a good golf shot from a Cannabis NB store and since I live in the area, I can tell you with certainty there are far more vehichles frequenting that establishement than there are the licensed store within a stones throw..and this isn't something new..these guys were there before Cannabis NB opened their store..and here we are a year and a half later (after being shut down probably a half dozen times) they are still operating..and then also in our city we have a Native Reserve that has 10-12 operating stores that all operate within a quarter mile of each other...we have a population of 65-75 thousand, 2 government stores (one on each side of the river dividing the city)..and countless other dispensaries that operate with impunity...Tell me that this isn't f*cked up!!..Until the governments of the day quit giving lipservice as to what they are going to do, or not do,and make a concerted effort to shut these knockoffs down Cannabis NB will continue to lose market share as will any other province experienceing the same type of thing..It's brutal, and it's frustrating as h*ll to see this going on when legit companies are spending and investing hundreds of millions to do it right, only to have pop up shops with little or no expenses or overhead, open up in prominent locations and have them be able to undercut the licensed government store....it's more than frustrating..and I can only speak for this city as I expect more of the same is happening throughout our province because the illegals know they can get away with it and their don't seem to be any consequences. If our provincial government isn'tgoing to get tough, and take a stance, Cannabis NB might just as well get out of the business because as it is now they just can't compete..plain and simple!
