RE:RE:Dixie and Herbal Enterprises
RE:RE:Dixie and Herbal EnterprisesThe whole greenrush ran ahead of itself and more and more new, unqualified entrants, decided to become potpreneurs. The right-sizing is in full bloom and normal business fundamental yardsticks are being used to measure the worth of the companies. A lot of investors are expecting the bluechip bull to lay down and are moving towards gold and green. Gold as a hedge against uncertainty and greenrush potstocks because they are new and exciting and have had some phenomenal run-aways with huge multi-baggers. Governments that are open to the idea of pharma and rec pot are busy overthinking how this is going to unfold. Even Canada, the first G-7 country to break bad, has leaned heavily to over-regulation and strangled the launch of rec pot. It is a work in progress and a lot of those new hopeful, underfinanced potpreneurs are going into the attrition pile, but not all. There will be some that will dominate and that is where my due diligence on Dixie led me to invest. Sadly, it seems, they were unprepared for publicly traded life and launched their ipo in a hugely negative time. So much so that they have to have smart money recognizing that they are hugely undervalued for a company that has been around for 10 years and done a lot of heavy lifting with formulations, development, manufacturing and sales and remain unknown to a lot of investors. AriZona, the tea giant, through a subsidiary Herbal Enterprises has taken a shine to Dixie for their beverage expertise but mum is the word. They have chosen to remain, once removed, from a direct deal and I attribute this to not wanting to taint what they have going and draw fire from stock exchanges or the Feds. In my opinion, we have a momentous occasion to look forward to which will relaunch the excitement of the greenrush and that is the US rewriting the legislation to level the playing field for potpreneurs to flourish with impunity from prosecution, seizure of assets and putting out the welcome mat for banking and brokerages to provide their services to this newly regulated vice. I, personally, am convinced that this will happen but I don't know when. Bernie's chances are looking good and legalizing rec pot got Canada's village idiot elected. Cracks are starting to show in Trumps efforts to support the US economy if you believe in the gold indicator and there is always a bright spot in a storm where investors will put a few dollars and a good potpreneur like Dixie Brands has that potential. glty and dyodd
