The platform distributes cryptographically secured keys and strings.

Nobody is assuming he's from Waterloo, it's a commentary on the fact that Waterloo is the epicenter of quantum tech development and Bertrand isn't mentioned or hitting the radar there. He's not hitting the radar anywhere after over 3 years. He's "speaking" at a conference yet listed nowhere at the conference lol. These guys have been good for some comic relief, I will give them that.
