Kevin said they were looking for a CFO so the financials could be delayed if they have not found a CFO willing to sign off on them yet. Regardless they are due March 2nd.

Her previous "quarterlies" were Nov. 29th / 2019. So every three months ( quarterlies ) would be this coming weekend.

And last year she announced on March 1st ... which would once again make it by next week.

Now of course if she is in deep trouble for some reason .... then she may possibly refrain from announcing them next week .... only time will tell !!!
