As a privately owned establishment, they have 0 shareholder requirements. I imagine as 2.0 has unfolded, they are advising Sproutly to disclose the minimal required info - keeping their cards close, and possibly/hopefully planning something grand in terms of rollout. Hey, looky what we have! (Which none of the big conglomerates have been able to replicate - despite their massive R&D budgets). It will be a great moment in the storied MH history.
Also, I checked out the Yahoo SPR board. JJ accused me and OldManCanuck of being 1 and the same. So, high 5, OMC!
This is going to be a great story. Glad I've been here to be a part of this.

IMO, you have a good theory. Although this does not excuse the lack of updates by either party, OCC/MH may be binding $PR to withold any or all updates. MH/OCC and JV are all private co, with no obligations to share holders. Perhaps as you say, part of a strategic release. This would make it acceptable in hindsight.
Found this article below interesting, as it now mentions Tinley also falling victim to leaching.
Also, added the BNN article explaining the drop across the MJ sector today. Appears to have effected many if not all Canadian MJ companies. Cowen adjusted their 2020 Canadian MJ forecast. This would explain the red closings across the board.
