RE:RE:13th largest-short-positions 2/17/2020Thats dollar value not shares.  For the two week period ended Feb 16, there has been 275 million dollar reduction in the value of shares short.  In other words, shorts have been covering.   750 million dollars was short Feb 2 and 475 million dollars was short Feb 16
