I recalculated myself as I could not believe it at first view. It is true:

The said 7 - 12 % Free Cash Flow per PVG share is really based on the Free Cash Flow figures at 1,450 USD/oz Price of Gold. Actual Price of Gold is at beginning of the year: 1,650 USD/oz. 

Based on 1,650 USD / oz the yield per share for free cash flow may be somewhere between 10 - 18 % per share... 

Pretium is clearly an overseen cash king for Free Cash Flow per share !
