The thing with this stock is that when it was trading at 1.40 it was already undervalued. I remember that bids at 1.40 took hours to be partially filled, but then the rumour about the claims began to spread and, all of a sudden, buyers retreated and selling intensified.

Now that the claims issue is settling down and the market is realizing that the law is in PLU's favour, people is rushing to take whatever is on the ask to average down. So PLU is looking good not only from a fundamental perspective but also from a TA perspective, as for the latter see for example mark 15:08 at this video that was shared in ceo.ca:
