The people who should be laughed at are P13 shorts. Dow off 1,500 past few days while P13 is up again and inching towards $2.50. Me thinks that California approval is just weeks away...good on whomever here had the gonads to load up back below $2...

This was above 2.50 a few weeks ago then dropped to under $2. Doesn't mean a thing.
