RE:Possibility of JV with TOUThat's sort of already happening. The parcel of land that PONY sold a few months ago was to TOU. It was liquids rich and near TOU's facilities. PONY still retains a 25% stake in it. Unfortunately most of PONY's land is dry gas which is out of favour right now.
