I answered this in a post on net debt calculations.
The answer is no. The net debt increased by more than the total amount of the legal settlements.
And that even ignores the increase in provisions (other than legal).
Why is Chemtrade attemting to sell plants in a weak commodity market?
Because they need to reduce debt.
Unfortunately, management acquired assets in hot commodity markets (double whammy).
