We are in the process of distributing over $25 million in Court-approved settlement funds in the Canadian Automotive Wire Harness Systems class action. Applying for Settlement Benefits
You can apply to receive settlement funds online at the Auto Parts Settlement Page on or before June 12, 2020.
Customer information received from Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru and General Motors indicates that you made qualifying purchases and/or leases. This information has been populated in your online claim and can be viewed using the claim ID and password listed in the top-right hand corner of this letter.
When you file your claim, you may claim for additional purchases. If the additional purchases cannot be confirmed against the information provided by Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru and/or General Motors, you may be required to provide proof of purchase.
Proposed Distribution in Other Auto Parts Cases
This is one of approximately 40 cases ongoing in Canada relating to the alleged price-fixing of various automotive parts. Six other cases have settled with all defendants and, subject to court approval, those settlement funds will be distributed with the distribution that is the subject of this letter. The total settlements in those cases is approximately $6 million. Subject to court approval, any person who files a claim in this distribution will be automatically considered for eligibility in those cases.
