Court-approved notice for more information.

Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, and General Motors provided customer information to the Claims Administrator in accordance with Court orders. The information can only be used for the purposes of administering the distribution of settlement funds and cannot be used or disclosed by the Claims Administrator for any other purpose.

No wrongdoing is alleged against Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Subaru, and General Motors and they were not involved in the Canadian Automotive Wire Harness Systems class action.

Applying for Settlement Benefits

You can apply to receive settlement funds online at the
Auto Parts Settlement Page on or before June 12, 2020.

Six other cases have settled with all defendants and, subject to court approval, those settlement funds will be distributed with the distribution that is the subject of this letter. The total settlements in those cases is approximately $6 million. Subject to court approval, any person who files a claim in this distribution will be automatically considered for eligibility in those cases.
