In my line of work, we submit samples to labs all the time for processing.. The lab must be held accoutable for delays, whatver the field is. delays must be investigated. Root causes identified, and corrective measures taken. If the drill results are delayed due to lab processing, then it is Wallbridge's right, and actually their obligation to help investigate and resolve these delays. Of course it takes time to process samples. of course it takes time to identify and resolve the cause of delays. But the fact that they havent demonstrated any improvment over the past 6 months is NOT acceptable, and is proof that they have not adequately identified or resolved the root cause of delay.
