Bidding process open for takeovers, mergers, Joint ventures According to the Court order (link below) from the Supreme Court of BC, Invictus is open to bids on the company. Read the SISP section in "Schedule B" at the end of the order. Any interested bidders that have approached Invictus or made an offer must be announced as soon as practically possible or no later than March 10, 2020. April 17, 2020 is the Deadline for the bids. At that time a decision could be made by Invictus as to whether they believe a given bid makes sense. If it does then shareholders will be allowed to vote on accepting the bid.
