I assume anything wrapped in a legally binding agreement between the two companies would need to remain the same unless Bakema willingly changes them (on behalf if Global) and why would he if it worked against his own selfish interests. This is where the historical 'conflict of interest' comes in to it and where the threat of prosecution might provide some leverage.
