So it's not that hard to understand the thinking. Also, they're easy lease terms over 6 years: need to spend $200K Canadian first year and the same in the second year and then nothing in the next two years. Meanwhile there is a likely mine apparently close by and ATACs pick up is the most prospective area nearby. So could turn out well.
Meanwhile, we wait for the green light on the road which should make deal-making much easier. Thing is now is possibly a good time to buy though it doesn't seem like it bc the best times to buy are always the teams when it doesn't seem like it. I'm already invested so just hanging in and hoping for GLTA.
