RE:BlackRock has sold over 8 million shares the past 11 months
There may be a silver lining to this low stock price. It should increase the average daily volume and facilitate the acceleration of the BlackRock off sell off. As soon as this BlackRock sell off is over the stock should begin to correct itself to a price more reflective of its underlying valuation.

With a price around $2 and BlackRock having around $7M shares remaining we only need about $15M of buying to get rid of BlackRock.

The company IS aware of this BlackRock selling and I'm assuming they are just riding out the storm like everyone else. Since they are aware then this would HAVE to be factored in for any strategic review discussion.
