RE:RE:TORSTAR burning Equity to pay operating lossHello penny,

Mark McQueen July 15, 2008:
... "
Last time I checked, Fairfax Financial (FFH) held 12,532,200 Class B shares (18.2% of the Class B’s outstanding), with the last 5MM or so being acquired in April 2007. Let’s guess that the cost base is C$20. The stock is down 47% since then, so, as of Monday, Fairfax’s paper loss is looking like C$125 million." ... https://seekingalpha.com/article/85007-and-the-bottom-fell-out-of-torstar-part-two Please notice, in his article, how Mr. McQueen commented on Mr. Prichard.
Those shares were written off long ago.
Now FFH has returned with > 40% - - and has Friends holding ts.b.
Hope this perspective is material, and will the C Virus effect any Share Offer?
Please keep Posting.
Still nibbloing and waiting. GLTA!!
