Through global licensing and co-marketing agreement...Meaning: Oncore Pharma main job is to find distributors for SZLS tests, not to sell the tests themselves.

The fact that Oncore Pharma came on board in June 2019 and just 4 months later did sign a contract worth $40 million USD with IBodychect tell us that Oncore is good at finding distributors.
If you look at Oncore web site you will notice that they are in the process of modifications, that will give them the possibility to sell SZLS tests directly from their website.
