“The company continues to optimize operations”
 
Now, I do like this better than “Corporate Restructuring” but they have similar meanings. Mr. Carson has taken on CFO and Goodwin CEO not due to Optimizing and or Restructuring. They simply cannot afford the salaries associated with it, while implying an increase in their own workload. How is that optimizing and or restructuring, beneficial? An individual can only handle so many tasks in a given day. Under both of their leadership abilities we just hit a new record low today with Mr. Carson becoming CFO.
 
Let’s be honest, companies do not optimize and or restructure unless they have legal and or financial trouble. They are not optimizing here. Their very decisions have put us here at record lows. It should be safe to assume they simply cannot afford the positions. How will that benefit us as a company, if prior to them assuming these additional roles, we were already near the bottom? After confirming the roles, we broke the bottom… Next will we see photos on Facebook of Mr. Goodwin and Carson running the packaging equipment while laying off general labor?
 
They also continue to hint at all these sku’s and increased awareness of the company. Yet somehow never seem to post financials until they are legally obligated to do so. With Mr. Carson at the helm, is it safe to assume their will be an auditing issue this year, while he familiarizes himself with the financials? Sounds premeditated to me, next will need to expand the legal department. Or assign them that role as well….

Through its 100% owned Prosnack Division, the Company has now received an initial Purchase Order from Little Tucker and has already begun manufacturing vegan snacks for this new client in our Safe Quality Food Level 2 Certified facility.

As announced in a previous news release, Little Tucker products are now sold in approximately 1,500 retailers across Canada, including Whole Foods, Sobeys, Circle K, Save On Foods and Bulk Barn. The Company is excited to manufacture this up and coming Canadian brand and looks forward to continued business with Little Tucker.

Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) Expo West Tradeshow

Naturally Splendid presented at The Canadian Health Food Association (CHFA) Expo that took place February 20th - 23rd in Vancouver, B.C.
CHFA Expo West continues to be the number one source for new products and education for manufacturers and retailers who are doing business in Western Canada.

At the event, Naturally Splendid presented our own line of Company branded products under the Natera Sport(TM) Brand, as well as promoted our contract manufacturing services through Prosnack, a 100% owned division of Naturally Splendid.

The response to the NATERA Sport(TM) line was well received with many inquiries as to distribution opportunities that the Company is currently reviewing.

Prosnack has received multiple inquiries for our contract manufacturing services originating from the CHFA tradeshow that we are currently quoting on. The Company has hosted multiple groups to our facility who are interested in securing manufacturing for their brands.

Prosnack's contract manufacturing services operate within a Safe Quality Food, Level 2 certified facility and includes; an R&D department specializing in plant-based formulations; unique and novel plant based ingredients; proprietary technologies; multiple high capacity bars and bites production lines; and an experienced production crew.

CFO Appointment

The Company continues to optimize operations at their Prosnack SQF Level 2 food manufacturing facility in Pitt Meadows, focusing on leveraging the experienced talent pool within Naturally Splendid. To this regard, Vice President and Co-Founder Mr. Bryan Carson has been assigned the additional role of CFO as the Company continues their due diligence for a permanent candidate for the position.
