RE:RE:RE:RE:Agreement

RE:RE:RE:RE:AgreementThe voting instructions were sent on February 20th (Thursday).  I got them at the post office early this week.

Now, looking at this today, every shareholder has a right to dissent but must send written objection to the arrangement by March 2nd
So we have less than a week to send a written objection and exercise our right to dissent to the sale at that price?

Section 191 Business Corporation Act (https://www.qp.alberta.ca/documents/Acts/B09.pdf)
(5) A dissenting shareholder shall send to the corporation a written objection to a resolution referred to in subsection (1) or (2)
(a) at or before any meeting of shareholders at which the resolution is to be voted on, or (b) if the corporation did not send notice to the shareholder of the purpose of the meeting or of the shareholder’s right to dissent, within a reasonable time after the shareholder learns that the resolution was adopted and of the shareholder’s right to dissent.

Not so fast Granite oil!
