something very wrong has gone on here from $3.60 to 1.1cents and falling. 


- lack of care on Ryplazim initial BLA submittal without hiring a CMC consultant back in 2015 as that was the only potential hiccup as trials produced incredibly clean results 
- pathetic decision making in moving forward a single 4050 placebo trial with good results in 2015 on IPF and Metsyn followed up by Alstrom 96 week of great results  and still no placebo trial started 5 years later despite spending $450M during 4 years 
- failure of making even a low upfront cash deal with 4050 with Boehringer when they knew what was at stake for shareholders and they let the deal fail knowing shareholders would be wiped out. 


So while DryBones is reaching a little here with a single trade, I think that outlier trade pales in comparison to the massive mistakes over the past 4/5 years. It's so stupid that it's not believable that there was not a method to their madness. They may also be so close to getting approved now and not make a deal before money runs out and then take it private and not have to report to anyone.
