RE:RE:RE:RE:At 2.48pm today - a big head fake.I took a few rights as I figured Thomtheft would make it succeed after the cramdown. It's been disappointing once again. It may be due to lawsuit or maybe they are just going to go private? Or maybe they will finally do a deal and stock flys up for a change based on some credibility returned. I won't be surprised either way. They get BLA approved on their own now and sell it and the whole small molecule to Boehringer and make a huge profit. They could be purposely not letting investors know of the solid progress on BLA so as to drop stock to nothing again. As said, anything is possible.
