RE:RE:RE:RE:Stil and Mota Yes it's a merger not an acquisition. I think both companies halted trading as they need to provide shareholders more details on the process and I would expect they'll discuss the benefits of such a merger. That's just my guess though. I think Drmaddogs has a more direct connect with Jason than I do. He has provided some excellent and detailed information in his posts.
