I will only be addressing your comment on the sec. Golden Goose Resources Inc. was sold to Prodigy Gold (can't recall the exact date) at a sizable profit to the shareholders of Golden Goose Resources Inc. Prodigy Gold then resold itself a few years later to Argonaut Gold. Again at a sizable profit to the Prodigy Gold shareholders. I believe the final price was in the range of $500 million and the principal asset was the Magino property.
So in summary, Golden Goose Resources was always compliant with its filings while it was a public company.
Hope this addresses some of your concerns regarding management.
PS I'm in this stock because when I do a comparison of the metrics of the Magino project to the Wasamac project the latter compares favourably and I'm hoping for a return similar to that realized by Golden Goose Resources / Prodigy Gold. Even a fraction of that magnitude would be really nice.
