RE:RE:whiplashI like the optimism. If Cocoon manages to have a significant amount of users then we are good to go. The most important feature is Cocoon rewards (loyalty program) not the kiosks.
We will know by the end of the year since they are rolling out Cocoon in April and will take another 6 months for the rest of the kiosks to go online.
Kiosks are only good for walk-ins, it's a good fit in Nevada because of the huge influx of tourists but will fail to capture those who prefer ordering online in other States.
Let's hope people who uses cocoon finds value and convenience.
I have yet to come across any dispensaries with a reward app atm so Cocoon should have the advantage of being a first mover.
But there will be competition as it's not hard for existing rewards program to break into that sector.
My local vape shop has a rewards program and it keeps me going back to that store.
