RE:15% increase in share price. Any thoughts as to why?NR announcing expansion of directors from 6 to 8. Also have recieved 2 shareholer proposals for next AGM but these could be nothing material  - anyone with $2000 or more worth of stock can put forth a shareholder proposal. So no real reason
