Re general markets - I generally agree. Much pain and volatiliy ahead...no matter the dead cat bounce that appears to be on for today.  His advise on getting completely out of the market in 2018, except gold, was likely premature (in hindsight) but I dont fault him for that.

Re: Gold. generally agree.  He appears to have exited too early.  He did manage to get a small % of his stink (re-buy) bids on gold mining shares to trigger on Firday.  By contrast,  I bought quite a bit back on Friday.  May exit a portion again - depending on  how long the dead cat bounces.

His Victory lap?  I don't think that it was completely warranted. Besides the too early exit from the general markets described above...

1)  He sold gold TGZ too early, and left plenty of upside (to almost $ 9 CAD)

2)  Uranium stocks?  Where's the Mea culpa?  where's the "My bad"?    Uranium stocks down anywhere form 20 to 50 % in the past 3 months.  But in fariness I will be nibbling here as well...mainly due to Rick Rule's sage advise.

Not here to give PG a hard time.  But if you pat yourself on the back about what you did right, you should also be prepared to beat yourself up for (or at least admit to/own) what you got wrong.
