The Agate property consists of approximately 67unpatented lode mining claims covering 1,384 acres. The Beaver Rim project is located in the Gas Hills Uranium District, Central Wyoming. The project consists of approximately 131 lode mining claims totaling 1,095 acres.

Rockwealth Resources and Realgold are moving forward with their $0.35 Private Placement.
The units are Subscription Receipts issues at $0.35 with a 1.2 warrant exercisable for 1 year at $0.46. The monies will be held in escrow until the RTO is completed and approved by the exchange. They are raising $5 million.
With the price of gold sticking around the $1600, gold eploration stocks are very favorable in these markets.
