Blackhawk wrote off the Nelson lease to $42k due to "lack of information to support the purchase price"  (1.3 mil of paper). Powell river leases deemed value 1mil (paper again).
And now Gaia buys them 1.5 mil (yes,again,paper).
I wonder who the original vendor was ? ayup.
Kinda liked these guys- shenanigans like above and move to cowboy exchange not for me.
