These numbers are not adding again... why did their recurring revenue decrease by more than $180,000 quarter-over-quater?

Q1 total sales $273,359 ($18k of which was from selling monitoring devices)
Q2 total sales $400,823 ($313k of which was from selling monitoring devices)

Are patients leaving there platform? Where is this ramp-up in onboarding? The recurring revenue should be going up and not down...still holding the bag on this, but hoping these new contracts are legit and patients are quickly onboarded and stay onboarded.
