RE:buyout As a number of posters have stated, I recommend voting no on this proposal (interestingly made right after the crash hoping to get a steal from a panicked management and shareholders). Been a shareholder since 2012, right around the time of a good deal that their excellent gold drill results were realized). That had a lot to do with bar being awarded prospector of the year for the second straight year.
I recall the share price in 2013 reached $2.00 US, well before the buildout of the gold and nickel reserves. Management did make a strategic error in the shift to nickel but can't really blame them with the depressing state of gold prices then. As noted, gold is back and appears headed for all time highs. Why sell now at such a low price makes absolutely no sense. I will be voting my 250k shares as a NO.
