Apparently if BBD sells BA at a premium, this will be good for the shareprice.  I wish I were that smart.  Scotia Capital was right when they said this company had too much debt years ago.  Then they earned some fees from BBD and stuck an outperform sigh out.  They've spent a year realing that OP in - should have done it back in August of 2018 if that MBA was worth the paper it's written on - when mgmt dumped their shares.  

Bought a pile of shares at 1.01 this morning.  Would have dumped them at 3:58 for 1.08 but someone beat me to it.  Insiders know what's going on long before we do.  Follow that money!
