RE:TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION SUITI don't think you have a case for class action.  The issues were in plain sight... bad management.

The only thing that might be eligible for a suit, is if they marketed off of unrealistic promises (HVT and not Mackie/Haywood).

Otherwise this is a case of buyer beware.
