Getting up to speed

Getting up to speedTrying to learn more about UR.TO, loosely tracked over the years, clearly in a tough spot now. I understanding the following:
  • UR is attempting to sell its Deimos imaging business and technical diligence has been completed
  • They have term sheets to fund the constellation project
  • There are $140m in short and long term liabilities on the balance sheet
  • Seems a small group of investors have kept the company afloat using convertible debentures
  • Multiple notes are being negotiated for extension
What's the upside case here? I like space as a sector, but what's the argument that UR is going to survive?
