Indeed - I have followed up with Paul 3 times since to no response.
 

Additionally, I received an email from Ana Dalaire at PacRoots on Feb 14.  SHe's just a corporate communication shill:

Hello Dan,

 

After our original submission to the CSE they requested the company complete an audit, but we should be submitting the Financial Statements to the exchange at some point next week. After that it shouldn't be long before we are listed.

 

If you have further questions, please let me know. We understand it has taken longer than expected and we appreciate your patience.
