The warrants expire in less than 2 years (Dec 20, 2022) , so no offer because it's too risky.

Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire, on exercise, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Warrant Indenture, one Yellow Pages Limited common share at a price of $28.16  per Yellow Pages Limited Common Share.
