RE:RE:any reason why it is still declining?A recession could impact some of the portfolio investments such as the plastic surgery centers.

Potential buyers will want "color" (to use the analyst vernacular) on the Sandbox sale.
As of Q3, Sandbox was carried on the balance sheet for approx CAD $80 million.
Guranteed proceeds are only 50% of the carrying value.
How could conditions deteriorate by such a degree within 3 months?
Did management miss anything?
