Knock on Effect

Knock on Effect Record Low US interest rates. Fed 50 basis point cut, US 10 year record low and mortgage rates to follow.

If coronavirus doesn't kill off most of the US and cause a dramatic drop in housing consumption (unlikely IMO), then this just adds more of a tailwind to US housing and thus lumber prices.

Anyone else have thoughts on this?
