With iron ore price (62%) just hitting $89 and with a premium of 20%, which makes the price for iron ore (65%) 107$, it is $15 higher then the PEA.

This is extra cashflow of C$94M per year or C$3.5B for LOM.
 

We are talking about a company with a 5-6MCAP in a safe location and a management ownership of 24%.
