RE:DDB DEAD LINE TO VOTE ONLINE MARCH 10TH ~~11:00 AM DEADLINEthe big question is: will the SH board be around after the Hotspapa takeover? How will everyone meet after? You can bet anything that the deal is done now. They have the makority of the votes PRESENT at the meeting. What matters is the shares represented AT THE MEETING. And i think Louisa and her cronies have a majority. Unless we get over 25 million shares represented, we wont be able to unseat Louisa. Shes got about 20 million shares.
