Problem with that theory is insiders are constantly buying. Management are not pump and dumpers, they are company builders. High uptick in Volume is smart money coming in, sellers are either getting cash called or have low IQ's. The volume is very telling on positive momentum, which was curtailed over the last 10 days of negative markets worldwide. This looks very very positive.
