RE:kurious1: rotogro challenges and effect on rqb lawsuit?ashleigh64 wrote: kurious1 if you're still around here, could you chime in on what seem to me to be some recent challenges for rotogro and what you think it might mean for the lawsuit with this company?
i mean things like the supra transaction not happening, the director resigning, cannifarms still not having a cultivation license afaict, a declining share price, and even the options expiring.
in so many ways those challenges remind me of what this company is facing or has faced. licensing delays, joint ventures not happening, director changes, declining share price, warrants expiring unexercised, and so on.
i can't help but ponder what life would be like for both companies today had there been collaboration instead of legal battle. it makes me reevaluate my life choices and reminds me that i should always remember what people like mr dressup, mr rogers, and sesame street taught us about cooperation and friendship.

Still checking in every now and then but there's not too much to say of late so I stayed out of it.
Very frustrating few months for all orbital garden investors it seems...
As for your questions/topics:
- Supra cancelling... This could be seen from a mile away. Almost 18 months after the announcement of the deal with no word on it in a long time... It's disappointing that Supra is not going ahead, however the backup (CanniFarms) is enough for me to stick around. Also it's worth noting that Valens (The owners of Supra) are still looking for product and are willing to work on an off-take with RotoGro and CanniFarms (Hey George, Valen's need weed!!)
- CanniFarms not having a license yet... Well there's not too much to say. HC seems to be holding everyone up. I think RQB holders can sympathise with this one!
- Declining share price... Largely due to delays on CanniFarms, delays with Freshero and overall shocking market conditions.
- Options expiring... I'm not too fussed. Obviously it would be nice to have the share price high enough for them to convert. Expecting a capital raise in the near future for RGI. Would have been avoided if there weren't delays on just about every front.
- The director resigning isn't something I am not concerned about. He had a manufacturing background and I hear that RGI has that covered now
I'm glad the legal battle has happened. I personally think George is guilty of copying our machines so, unfortunately for the RQB holders here, it's very good to see RGI's main competition struggling. (Not that RGI is doing much better I should add)
