Kaly was going to Default and Instead The New CEO 
is Getting 30 Million plus he gets the assets he would have gotten when Kaly defaulted . Robert Farrell is no longer CEO when this transaction happens. I bet they gave Robert 3 million. Now screwed us all. The HAlt is because iroc wants to talk to Kaly!!! Not because of news fools
