RE:RE:Resource update
Along the lines of the same topic or issue, KL's stock price has been in a relative slump considering gold's price action is great. I assume it has something to do with the writedown of their reserves due to lower grades at one of the their major producing mines in Australia. I hope this will not be the case with PVG's stock price if this is the effect of reserve modifications due to lower determined grades. From what I understand the revised mining plan determined from the infill drilling program will be provided before the end of the month. As you have mentioned many times this may not be great news. But, considering they are running the mill at and above peak permitted rates the increased mill volumes may overcome some negatives with respect to lower grades. Who knows. I like and own both companies but for a powerhouse like KL to be punished price wise for something that may only be a temporary condition indicates to me the market is not very forgiving to miners.
